THIS Becoming
Women Over 40 Building Strength in Their Second Act
Leading.
Building.
Carrying more than most people realize.
And still…
no one is harder on you than you.
You wake up most mornings with the best intentions. Today is the day you are going to move the needle. The day you are going to do the work that matters. You tell yourself you are going to get ahead of everything. The dishes. The laundry. The emails. The business.
You will get it all done. Probably before noon.
Because in your head early in the morning, this is the day you are that good.
You are the one people count on. And you’ve got this.
You save the day for the people you love.
You lead the business.
You carry responsibilities most people never see.
By ten o’clock that voice in your own head is relentless.
You should be further along.
You should be doing more.
You should have this figured out by now.
You’re exhausted and reaching for more coffee. Sometimes it feels like there just isn’t enough coffee to fill the day.
And yet, when we pause for a moment, we recognize each other.
We see all you carry. We see you leading and still becoming. Always changing. Always growing.
Because when a woman finally pauses long enough to be seen, something inside her remembers who she has been all along.
And a lot of times that moment happens when she steps in front of my camera.
The women who come into my studio are often exactly like this. Women in business. Women who lead. Women who have spent years pouring their energy into building lives, families, and careers.
Women who are mothers.
Grandmothers.
Women who simply want to give themselves a little grace.
We are women who have been showing up for everyone else.
And somewhere along the way we stopped seeing ourselves.
Until one day we pause.
You make that photography appointment. You step in front of the camera and something shifts.
You see the woman who built the life you always dreamed of living.
Not the tired version rushing past the mirror in the morning.
Not the voice in your head telling you that you are behind.
You see strength.
Presence.
Power.
You see a woman who is still becoming.
This is why I created the 40 Over 40 portrait experience.
Not just to create beautiful photographs.
But to create a moment where a woman can pause long enough to see herself clearly.
To recognize the life she has built.
The leadership she carries.
The strength she walks with every single day.
If you are a woman building something meaningful in this season of life, I would love to invite you into the 40 Over 40 experience.
Professional hair and makeup.
A fully guided portrait session.
Images that reflect the strength and presence you carry every day.
Because the women building the life deserve to be seen inside it.
Because the women building the life deserve to be seen inside it.
And if you felt yourself in these words, then you already know. Send me a message. Let’s begin.
